Overview

This RFQ seeks quotations to remove and re-install the IDT security system at the Mpumalanga office (MBombela) including access control, CCTV, and alarm, to a new location. Suitable bidders are security systems integrators with PSIRA registration, CID/CIPC registration where relevant, and the ability to supply CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) number and SARS Tax Compliance PIN.
• Duly completed: SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Form).
• Compulsory source documents: CIPC registration, IDs for women/youth/people with disability/Black Ownership (as applicable).
• Mandatory compliance items: COIDA registration, directors’ IDs, PSIRA registration and good standing (company and directors).
• Pricing schedule and scope of work for CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm systems (see attached RFQ pricing/specifications).
• Preference points claims for specific goals (e.g., women/youth/disability/Black ownership) with documentary proof.
• Ensure ability to quote a total price inclusive of VAT and keep it valid for at least 30 days after closing.
• Compulsory returnables and proof of authority to sign (e.g., company resolution).
• Source documents verification (CIPC, IDs, disability letter if applicable).

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 22 June 2026 at 11:00. The bid remains valid for 60 days. (From metadata; price validity per RFQ doc is 30 days after closing for the quote).
• Submission method: Deliver quotations to IDT Office, 20 Paul Kruger Street, ABSA Square Building, Mbombela. (Bids may also be accessed via the IDT website and National Treasury e-Tender Portal.)
