Requirements

• Include SAFCOL Supplier Code of Conduct acknowledgment.
• Attach test/proof for material compliance (Phase 2 Mandatory Requirements).
• Adhere to SAFCOL SHEQ standards; system-of-record documentation and SBD forms to be signed.
