Requirements

• Administrative/commercial: complete RFQ, submit on company letterhead; tax clearance; SANAS-accredited B-BBEE verification or EME/QSE sworn affidavit; CSD (or MAAA) registration; ID copies of directors; SBDs signed.
• Mandatory: compliance certificate for materials (verifiable test results); mining/quarry permit or landowner permission; must have an operational quarry or storage facility (address will be inspected).
• Materials specs: G7 gravel with stated properties (nominal size, CBR, swell, Atterberg limits).
