Overview

SAFCOL seeks a contractor to supply and install a free-standing electric fence around Witklip Plantation management houses, office and plantation manager house, including gates and related works. Scope includes about 1015m of fencing with multiple gates, plus security features like motorised gates. Suitable bidders are those with experience in electrical fencing/civil works, CIDB 1 SQ or higher, and relevant certifications (B-BBEE, tax clearance).

Requirements

• Complete RFQ on company letterhead and return all SBD documents.
• B-BBEE verification from SANAS-accredited agency or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE.
• Latest SARS tax clearance and CSD registration (or MAAN number).
• CIDB registration 1 SQ or higher; proof of financial capacity (bank statement within 7 days of closing or evidence of funding).
• COIDA good standing.
• Completion certificates for three similar works.
• ID copies of company directors.
• Compliance with all technical specifications and safety requirements.

• Pre-qualifications: CIDB 1 SQ+, COIDA, proof of three similar completed works, and financial capacity requirements.
