Overview

Necsa invites quotes to supply system manual valves for Uranium Contaminated Waste Oil Plasma Gasification Demonstration Facility – Gas Supply System (O2 & Ar, LPG, CH4). Bidders should be valve manufacturers or suppliers with ISO 9001 accreditation (or OEM) and the capability to deliver oxygen-service valves per the attached Valve List and P&ID (see ENS-OWPVR-LST-24008 and ENS-OWPVR-PID-24003).

Requirements

• Supply system manual valves per the attached Valve List [01] and P&ID [02], with Valve IDs SB1–SB4, SG1–SG2–SG3, SU1–SU3 clearly indicated on all documents (as per notes in the RFQ).
• ISO 9001:2015 accreditation (supplier or OEM); provide evidence.
• Clear lead-time information; products must meet Necsa evaluation criteria (4–8 weeks tiers).
• Provide valve make/model and datasheets; include pump data sheets/curves where applicable.
• Valves must be cleaned and packaged for Oxygen service (as indicated in the Valve List notes).
• Compliance with Necsa General Conditions of Purchase, PPPFA 2022, GCC; provide Tax Clearance, SBD 4, B-BBEE certificate or EME affidavit, COID letter if applicable.
• Pricing must be fixed/firm and inclusive of taxes, freight, insurance, duties, disbursements.
• Submit complete documentation; queries to the contact below; no contact with other Necsa staff.

• Pre-qualifications/registrations: Tax clearance; B-BBEE; other documents as requested.
• Briefing: Compulsory site briefing is not required, but information can be arranged if needed.
• Documents to use: Refer to attachments with Valve List ENS-OWPVR-LST-24008 and P&ID ENS-OWPVR-PID-24003 (Valve IDs must be visible on submitted documents).
