Requirements

• Complete RFQ document in full on company letterhead
• Email quotation to RFQHighveld@safcol.co.za with the RFQ number in the subject
• Latest SARS Tax Clearance (PIN) or Tax Clearance certificate
• SANAS-accredited B-BBEE verification or EME/QSE sworn affidavit
• CSD registration (or MA AA number)
• ID copies of company directors
• Sign all SBD forms and submit with quotation
• If not registered on CSD, register within 7 working days of award
