Overview

• Specific goals scoring: HDI/Disability ownership (up to 10 points) and eThekwini Municipality localization (up to 10 points); BBEE certificate/affidavit required.
• Submissions in terms of the 80/20 (price vs specific goals) framework (or 90/10 if applicable).
