Overview

This RFQ seeks a service provider for minor building, repair and reinstatement works associated with the core room fire suppression and detection infrastructure at Kimberley Airport. Bidders should be CIDB contractors grading 1GB or higher and have capabilities in minor building works, repairs and reinstatement; compliance with tax, CSD/BBBEE and procurement rules is required.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading of 1GB or higher (proof required).
• Fully completed Form of Offer and Acceptance (C1.1) and other returnable documents.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD registration; separate PINs for JV/subcontractors.
• Compliance with briefing/administration criteria (mandatory attendance where applicable).
• Adhere to procurement rules (GCC/ CIDB conditions) and offer must be fixed for the duration.
• Provide BBBEE evidence and applicable preference point documentation (PPPFA 80/20).
