Overview

RFQ for Software licenses and related CAD/CAM tools (SolidWorks Premium 2027, MasterCam 3D Milling/Lathe/Multi Axis) under RFQ 10024367. Bidders should be software vendors or integrators with CAD/CAM licensing capability, and meet tax, supplier registration and BBBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD number; if no TCS, provide CSD; joint ventures require separate TCS for each party.
• BBBEE: submit proof of BBBEE status level (certificate or sworn affidavit) to claim preference points.
• Bid forms: complete and submit on official forms (SBD4, SBD6.1) as applicable.
• Additional: provide VAT/Company registration details, and a Health and Safety file/workers’ compensation where applicable.
• Quotation must cover all items listed and be valid for 30 days; delivery period to be indicated.
