Overview

RFQ for the provision of Advanced Microsoft Suite training (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) to Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal staff members. Target bidders are service providers with accreditation from relevant bodies, capable of online delivery, with facilitator accreditation, and able to train 12 staff over 4–5 days, culminating in an assessment/certificate. The RFQ is issued by Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal (TIKZN) and closes 13 July 2026.

Requirements

• Mandatory accreditation: bidder must show accreditation with relevant bodies; facilitator accreditation required.
• SCM/admin documentation (Phase 2): proof of registration on CSD or SARS PIN; complete and sign SBD 4; SBD 1; POPIA consent; SBD 6.1 (preference points); facilitator’s CV and qualifications.
• RFQ compliance (Phase 3): complete quotes for all specified items; adhere to course scope and duration; online delivery; assessment leading to a certificate.
• Evaluation (Phase 4): pricing weight 80; specific goals weight 20 (including Black Ownership of 51%+ with supporting proof); complete SBD6.1 for preference points; tax/CSD verification before award.

• Submission method: email; late or incomplete submissions will be invalid.
