Requirements

• Mandatory accreditation for bidder and for the facilitator.
• Administrative prerequisites: registration on CSD/SARS PIN; complete SBD 4, SBD 1; POPIA consent; SBD 6.1; facilitator’s CV and qualifications.
• Compliance with RFQ scope: full course content (brand identity, brand positioning, brand management, marketing communications, growth strategies, etc.), 4 days, online delivery, with an assessment and certificate.
• Evaluation criteria: price (80 points) and specific goals (20 points); must demonstrate Black Ownership of 51%+ to score points.
• Tax compliance verification and related conditions apply; failures may disqualify.
