Overview

RFQ for the provision and delivery of Project Appraisal and Risk Analysis training to Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal (TIKZN) staff, delivered online. Suitable bidders are qualified service providers with accredited bodies, an accredited facilitator, and capability to run a 4–5 day virtual course for 7 staff, including assessment and certification (documented in RFQ RFQ202627/19).

Requirements

• Accreditation with relevant bodies (proof on letterhead).
• Accreditation of a facilitator (documentary proof).
• Registration in the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or SARS PIN (tax status verification).
• Complete and submit SBD forms: SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 1, POPIA consent, and SBD 6.1 (preference points).
• Facilitator’s CV/qualifications; compliance with RFQ specifications and PPPFA 2022.

• Submission: via email to quotations@tikzn.co.za, before or on 13 July 2026 at 12:00; include RFQ number in subject line (see RFQ202627/19). Late or incomplete submissions will invalidate.
• Documents to submit (annexes): quotation on company letterhead; signed SBD 1, SBD 4, POPIA consent; SBD 6.1; facilitator CVs; CSD/MAAA number; and any other information requested in the RFQ (RFQ PDF).
• Mandatory registrations: CSD or SARS PIN; tax compliance status (SARS e-Filing or printed TCS); B-BBEE proof if claiming preference.
• Briefing: none required (RFQ states COMPULSORY SITE BRIEFING: N/A); training delivered online (virtual).
• Readiness: ensure your proposal covers the content: Project Appraisal and Analysis, Project Risk and Financial Analysis, Uncertainties, Risk Management, and Managing Uncertainties (4–5 days) with an assessment and certificate (RFQ document).
• Validity: quotations remain open for 90 days from closing date. (RFQ document)
