Overview

RFQ for the provision and delivery of Sage Payroll Training to Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal staff members. The 3-day in-person training covers Sage Payroll basics, compliance, reporting and processing, with an assessment and certificate. Suitable bidders are service providers with Sage Payroll training accreditation and a qualified facilitator, to be delivered on-site for TI-KZN staff (Durban area).

Requirements

• Accreditation with relevant bodies for Sage Payroll training (proof required).
• Accreditation of the proposed facilitator in Sage Payroll/payroll administration.
• Phase 2 SCM requirements: proof of registration on CSD and SARS PIN.
• Complete and sign SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) and SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid) forms; POPIA consent; SBD 6.1 (Preference Points) form.
• Facilitator’s CV and qualifications.
• Compliance with RFQ specifications; pricing must cover all items as listed.
• Tax compliance verification and related checks; CSD/MAAA reference handling.
