Overview

Procurement: supply and delivery of laptops, desktops, and monitors for Ekurhuleni Housing Company (EHC). The RFQ covers 3 x laptops (i7, 14th Gen), 2 x laptops (i5, 14th Gen), 2 x desktop computers, and 2 x 27" monitors, with 3-year OEM warranties and delivery to Germiston. Suitable bidders are ICT hardware suppliers with valid CSD, tax clearance, BBBEE (affidavit), and the capacity to meet the specified tech specs and procurement process (RFQ: EHC/ICT/06/2026).

• Documents to submit: completed pricing schedule, MBD forms, Directors’ IDs, CIPC proof, municipal account, lease (if applicable), BBBEE affidavit, bank letter, tax PIN, CSD report, financial resources undertaking
