Requirements

• Evidence of SCM Administrative requirements: CSD/SARS PIN, completed SBD4, SBD1, POPIA consent, and SBD6.1 (Preference).
• Compliance with RFQ specifications: 210 x 297mm A4, 40-page text plus 4-page cover; cover 4 pages full color on 320gsm Hi-Q Titan with varnish, text on 128gsm Hi-Q Titan; finishing folded, collated, saddle-stitched; 200 prints; sample required before printing.
• Bid documents on company letterhead; detailed quotation; deliver to TIKZN, Kingsmead Office Park, Durban.
• Tax and pre-qualification: Tax compliance (TCS or CSD number) and confirmation of SARS/PIN where applicable.
• Specific goals: Claim 80/20 points via SBD6.1 with proof for Black Ownership (100%), Women (>51%), Youth (>51).
