Requirements

• Accreditation: bidder must provide proof of accreditation with relevant bodies; facilitator accreditation required.
• Administrative prerequisites: proof of registration on CSD/SARS PIN; complete SBD 4, SBD 1; POPIA consent; SBD 6.1 (preference points); facilitator’s CV/qualifications.
• RFQ compliance: must quote exactly the specified items; adhere to RFQ specifications; evaluation uses PPPFA 2022 with 80/20 price/specific goals.
• Specific goals: 20 points for Black Ownership (51%+); provide proof (ID, CSD, CIPC, BBBEE, etc.).
• Tax and pre-qualification: tax compliance verification and CSD/MAAA number checks; no bids from persons in the state service or associated entities.
