Overview

Procurement of the provision and delivery of E-Procurement Systems Training to Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal staff. Bidders should be qualified service providers with accreditation, facilitator accreditation, and the ability to deliver a 3-day online course to at least 4 staff, including an assessment and certificate, aligned with PPPFA 2022 and specific-goals scoring.

Requirements

• Accreditation with relevant bodies and accreditation of the training facilitator.
• Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or SARS PIN; compliance with tax status.
• Complete and sign SBD forms: SBD 1, SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form).
• Complete POPIA consent form.
• Submit facilitator’s CV/qualifications.
• Quotation must cover full RFQ specifications (no under-quoting), with price and specific-goals scoring (80/20 or 90/10 framework as applicable).
• Specific-goals: 20 points for Black Ownership (51%+), with supporting proof.
