Requirements

• Quote for a 65-guest Braai lunch on 23 September 2026 at 14:00, including all delivery, setup, service and breakdown.
• Menu and logistics: Lamb, Wors, Chicken, Pap, Rolls, three salads, beverages, dessert; deliver to 1 Arundel Close, Kingsmead Office Park, Durban; supplier to provide serviettes, cooler boxes with ice, cutlery, crockery, four tablecloths, glasses, toothpicks.
• Compliance: Proof of CSD/SARS PIN; completed SBD4, SBD1; POPIA consent; SBD6.1 (preference points).
• Evaluation: 80/20 price (price up to 80 points), 20 points for specific goals (Black Owned 5 points; RDP/eThekwini location 15 points) with required supporting documents.
• Tax compliance verification prior to award.
