Overview

The RFQ covers the supply, branding and delivery of promotional items for Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal (TIKZN): 200 branded lanyards, 200 orange ballpoint pens and 200 A5 spiral notebooks, with branding, sampling and delivery to TIKZN. Suitable bidders are promotional merchandise suppliers with branding/printing capabilities, packaging and logistics to meet the specifications, artwork approvals and delivery obligations. Requirements

• CSD registration or MAAA number and SARS PIN for tax verification
• Completion of SBD4, SBD1, POPIA consent and SBD6.1 (preference points)
• Compliance with RFQ specifications; complete quantities for all three items; include branding, packaging and delivery costs
• Artwork proof and final approval before bulk branding; samples or digital proofs on request
• All prices inclusive of taxes; 90-day validity period; no late submissions
• Evaluation: 80/20 price vs specific goals; proof for Black Owned status (>51%) and eThekwini location to earn points
• Tax compliance verification and related disclosures as required
