Overview

The procurement is for smartphones (goods) to be supplied to the Malawi Prison Service (Prison Headquarters). Bidders must be registered businesses with valid VAT, Tax Clearance, and other standard statutory certifications, and must complete and sign Sections B and C.

• Copy of Business Registration Certificate (PPDA)
• Copy of MRA Certificate of Registration for VAT
• Copy of MRA Withholding Tax Exemption Certificate
• Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate
• List of recent Government contracts performed
• Quotations must be completed in Section B and Section C and signed

• Key terms: prices fixed for the 30-day validity; delivery period 7 days from order; warranty 12 months; award to the lowest-priced quotation
