Overview

Procurement of a cloud-based Vulnerability Management System (supply, deliver, install and configure) licensed for 12 months. Bidders with cloud-based vulnerability management capabilities should target a deployment covering ~500 devices (laptops, Windows/Linux servers, network devices) and providing real-time scanning, remediation support, dashboards and reporting for the NLC website.

Requirements

• Licensed cloud-based Vulnerability Management System for 12 months, capable of real-time scanning of user laptops, servers (Windows/Linux), network devices, and the NLC website.
• Real-time dashboard, risk scoring (0–1000/percent) and reports (EOS/EOL, known exploitable vulnerabilities, severity levels).
• Coverage for 500 user devices/servers; patching capability for detected vulnerabilities.
• Delivery, installation and configuration, with guidance on delivery lead time, delivery method, and installation/configuration needs.
• Compliance requirements: OEM certification or OEM authorization; CSD registration and valid tax clearance; POPIA personal data consent; SBD forms; B-BBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Evaluation will follow PPPFA 2022 (80/20) with emphasis on price and specified goals; due diligence and contract negotiations may follow.

• Method: online submission on the e-tender portal; no email submissions. PDFs only; pricing to be in a separate attachment.
• Required documents: fully completed SBD forms (SBD1, SBD6.1), POPIA consent, CSD registration (with tax-compliant status) and CSD report, OEM certification or authorization, B-BBEE certificate/sworn affidavit, pricing schedule, and details for any JV/sub-contractors.
