Overview

Procurement of Knowledge Management Consultancy Services for a 6-month period by Statistics South Africa. This RFQ targets qualified service providers with capability in knowledge management strategy, governance, taxonomy, information architecture and related change management; bidders must meet mandatory documentation, compliance, and preferential procurement requirements.

Requirements

• Mandatory documents and compliance: complete SBD forms (SBD 4, SBD 6.1), provide Certified copies of directors’ IDs, and Certified CIPC documents; ensure tax clearance/tax PIN. (see RFQ.docx)
• Registration and pre-qualifications: registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD) with Master registration number (MAAA); valid tax clearance PIN.
• Preference points: 80/20 scoring system with Specific Goals (Black-owned, Women, Youth, Disabled). Provide proof as required (e.g., IDs, company docs, HPCSA certificate for disability) to claim points; attestation and documentary proof may be required.
• Specific goals and deliverables: adhere to the attached specification for Knowledge Management Consultancy; non-compliance with mandatory requirements or the technical spec will lead to disqualification.
• Price validity: quotes must be valid for the stated period; price proposals should be aligned to the 6-month engagement.
