Overview

Statistics South Africa is seeking quotations for legal services under a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Requirements

• Documentation to prove goals: certified IDs, certified company registration, CSD full detail report; for Disability, HPCSA medical certificate; documents must be current (certificates/IDs not older than 6 months).
• Complete and submit the preference points form and declarations as specified in Annexure D (SBD6.1); misrepresentation may lead to disqualification or penalties.
• Authorized signatory must certify accuracy and compliance with the conditions of the tender.
