Overview

RFQ for the once-off supply and delivery of vacuum cleaners and extension cord reels to the National Museum Bloemfontein. Bidders should be cleaning/maintenance equipment suppliers capable of delivering 2 wet/dry vacuums (28 L, 1600 W), 1 industrial vacuum (80 L, 3000 W), and 2 heavy-duty extension cord reels (10 m) to National Museum, 36 Aliwal Street, Bloemfontein.

Requirements

• At least 3 written references (letters/POs/appointments) (RFQ document). (RFQ for supply and delivery of vaccum cleaners & Extension code reels.pdf)
• Completed and signed SBD forms (SBD4), and proof of bid submission in line with SBD requirements. (SBD 4 NASMUS_final2.pdf)
• Tax compliant with SARS tax pin attached. (RFQ document)
• Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with supplier report attached. (RFQ document)
• Conformance to specifications. Non-compliance may disqualify; tax non-compliance may incur a grace period (per RFQ). (RFQ document)
• Optional but score-earning: BBBEE certificate/declaration; active SA company with CIPC registration (not compulsory but beneficial). (RFQ document)

Price and eligibility are subject to a three-stage evaluation (pre-screening, 80/20 price-preference). Bidders must ensure 90-day bid validity.
