Overview

Procurement of EMP501 MID tax year submission services for tax year 2026/2027. The National Museum Bloemfontein seeks a qualified tax service provider to render EMP501 mid-year submissions on-site, once-off, including issuance of a SARS tax pin. Suitable bidders are accounting/tax professionals with SARS PIN, SA registration, and related partnerships (notably a Platinum SAGE VIP Partner).

Requirements

• Completed and signed SBD forms.
• Tax compliant with a SARS tax pin attached.
• Registered on CSD with a CSD supplier report attached.
• Active South African company with CIPC registration documents attached.
• Platinum SAGE VIP Partner with proof of Platinum tier partnership attached.
• Optional: BBBEE certificate or signed BBBEE declaration for scoring.
• Bid validity of at least 90 days.
• Non-compliance may lead to disqualification; a grace period may apply for tax matters for a preferred provider.
