Overview

The Airports Company South Africa invites bids to supply and deliver Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at King Phalo Airport for up to three years. Bidders should be PPE suppliers/distributors with capacity to supply across relevant PPE categories, familiarity with NEC3 Supply Short Contract (SSC), and experience delivering to airports or similar facilities.

Requirements

• Fully completed SBD 3.3 priced offer and NEC Supply Short Contract PPE, signed.
• Declarations: Declaration of Interest Form, Politically Exposed Persons form, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 (Preference), Confidentiality/NDA.
• BEE Certificate and BBBEE affidavit (or equivalent) plus any required disability documentation for preference claims.
• Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Pin, or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate; if no TCS but on CSD, provide CSD number.
• Evidence of entity: Certificate of Incorporation showing ownership split; Central Supplier Database (CSD) report; VAT Questionnaire.
• ACSA Terms and Conditions adherence.
