REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR THE LANDSCAPING AND LANDSIDE GARDENS FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS AT KING SHAKA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Overview

Maintenance of Landside Gardens and landscaping at King Shaka International Airport for a period of 12 months. Bidders should have CIDB 4SH (Landscaping, Irrigation and Horticultural Works) or higher, be CIDB-registered or capable of registration prior to evaluation, and may bid in joint venture with other CIDB-registered firms (lead partner must meet threshold). A compulsory briefing session is required. Submissions are electronic.

Requirements

• CIDB 4SH or higher; evidence of grading; JV registration rules per CIDB.
• CIDB registration before evaluation; each JV member must provide separate TCS/PIN or CSD as applicable.
• Compulsory briefing attendance on 04 November 2026 at KSIA (site walkabout).
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN; provide TCS or CSD; if JV, separate PIN/CSD per party.
• Complete and submit official bid forms (Form of Offer and Acceptance C1.1), pricing schedules, returnable documents, and Schedule of Deviations; PPPFA preference points apply with B-BBEE proof.
