REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF BULK WATER REPAIRS, ON AN AD-HOC BASIS, FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS AT KING PHALO AIRPORT (KPA)

Overview

Provision of bulk water repairs, on an ad-hoc basis, at King Phalo Airport (KPA) for a 3-year period. Eligible bidders: CIDB contractor grading 1CE (Civil Engineering Works) or higher, or a joint venture with CIDB registration and a lead partner with the required grade; joint ventures must meet CIDB requirements and tax/compliance status per participants.

Requirements

• CIDB: 1CE or higher, or JV with lead partner not lower than the required class; combined grading must meet standards.
• Registration/Pre-qualifications: CIDB registration; tax compliance (SARS PIN, TCS) and, if applicable, CSD number per bidder or JV participants.
• Briefing: Non-compulsory briefing session on 19 October 2026 (Teams).
• Queries: Submit clarification by 21 October 2026; responses circulated to all bidders.
• Documentation: Submit on official forms; returnable documents and pricing in accordance with the contract data.
• Contract framework: NEC3 Term Service Contract; payments 30 days after valid tax invoice; price/funding must remain fixed (no price adjustments under X1/X2 options unless specified).
