Overview

RFQ for the supply and delivery of storage boxes to the National Museum Bloemfontein over a 60-month period. Requirements

• Completed and signed SBD Form 4
• CSD supplier registration document
• Conformance to specifications and completion of the price schedule (Part 7)
• Proof of business address (rates/taxes statement or lease)
• Active SA company; attach CIPC registration
• Three reference letters for similar supply of storage boxes (not older than 60 months)
• Tax compliance status (checked via CSD)
• BBBEE certificate or signed BBBEE declaration
• Preference to local businesses (Mangaung) and related disqualification rules for non-compliance
