Requirements

• Firm, price-competitive quotes for listed stationery items (SBD3.1).
• Compliance with Preferential Procurement Regulations: 80/20 system (price 80, specific goals 20) and proof of ownership/disadvantaged status to claim points (Black, Woman, Youth, Disability) (SBD6.1).
• Documentation to claim goals: IDs, company registrations, CSD report, proof of ownership, HPCSA disability certificate where applicable (SBD6.1).
• Bidder disclosures: employment by or relationships with the procuring institution; potential conflicts; CSD registrations (SBD4).
• Tax compliance: SARS TCS PIN or CSD number; ensure VAT status if applicable (SBD1).
• Acknowledgement that bids may be rejected for non-disclosure or fraudulent statements; contract to be signed on SBD7 if successful (SBD1/SBD4).
