Overview

The National Museum Bloemfontein seeks a training provider to deliver Information Security Awareness training to staff for 36 months. Suitable bidders are qualified ICT/security training providers with SETA/QCTO or equivalent accreditation, capable of delivering on-site training in Bloemfontein, providing learning materials, certificates, and group sessions (approx. 20 per session).

Requirements

• Mandatory documents to submit (as per the RFQ): company profile; proof of bidder location; facilitator CV; proof of information security training accreditation; minimum of three ICT training references; completed SBD 4 form; CSD registration; training methodology; SARS tax pin and CIPC docs. • Functionality: minimum 70/100 to proceed, based on Training Methodology (up to 40), Facilitator qualifications/experience (up to 30), Company experience/track record (up to 30).
• Delivery and compliance: on-site training for groups of 20; learning materials provided; qualified facilitator; certificates issued on completion; invoices on completion; annual performance reviews and budget checks apply.
• Preferential procurement: 80/20 price/points, with BBBEE and local goals scoring if claimed (see SBD4).
