REQUEST FOR QUOTE OF A CONTRACTOR APPOINTMENT TO REPAIR WATER LEAK AND POTHOLES NEXT TO CAR RENTALS FOR A PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS AT KING PHALO AIRPORT

Overview

Contractor appointment to repair water leaks and potholes next to car rentals at King Phalo Airport for a period of six months. Bidders should have CIDB grading of 1CE or higher and relevant construction experience, with compliance to SARS tax requirements.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading of 1CE or higher (as stated in Tender Data).
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN, or a printed Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate; separate TCS/CSD for joint ventures or sub-contractors. If no TCS PIN, supply CSD number.
• Submit only on official forms; no alternative bids; price is fixed for the contract duration.
• Returnable documents and pricing schedules as required in Part T2/C2; include electronic and (where applicable) paper copies.
• Clarifications sought by 26 October 2026; non-compulsory briefing on 21 October 2026.
• Insurance and health and safety considerations will apply per Part C1/C3; ensure ability to meet minimum cover.
