APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE SUPPLY, REPLACEMENT AND REMOVAL OF TURBO FOR LOCO D-34843 AT EAST LONDON, EASTERN CAPE. PRASA invites bids from service providers with locomotive turbocharger refurbishment/maintenance capabilities and rail rolling stock experience, including compliance with tax and supplier-program requirements (tax clearance, CSD registration, BBBEE, bank details).

Requirements

• Valid Tax Clearance and SARS PIN; CSD supplier registration number; proof of bank account.
• Company registration documents and IDs for directors/partners; JV/consortium agreement if applicable.
• Completion and submission of ALL RFQ documents, including the pricing schedule (Section 4) and standard forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1).
• BBBEE/Audit certificate or affidavit for specific goals; evidence for 51% Black Owned status.
• Compliance with PRASA General Conditions of Purchase and related rules; no disqualifying conflicts.
