Overview

RFQ to appoint a Pastel Partner Consultant for five years to provide Sage Pastel Accounting System services to the National Museum Bloemfontein. Bidders should have Sage Pastel expertise and partner status, be SA-registered, with Mangaung-area offices, and demonstrate tax compliance, CSD and CIPC registrations, and relevant references.

• Sage Pastel consulting experience with prior clients
• Office/operating premises in Mangaung
• Tax compliance and SARS pin
• CSD registration and supplier report
• Active SA company with CIPC documents

Requirements

• 3 written reference letters or purchase orders showing pastel consulting experience
• Offices in Mangaung area (proof via rates/taxes or lease)
• Completed and signed SBD Form 4
• Tax compliant with SARS tax pin
• Registered on CSD with supplier report
• Active SA company; CIPC registration documents

Optional (not compulsory): BBBEE certificate or BBBEE declaration

Non-compliance may disqualify; there is a grace period for tax issues with a preferred provider (90-day bid validity)
