Overview

This RFQ seeks the annual service of a BAOFN 7.5KW air compressor. Suitable bidders are professional distributors/ installers with SA-based operations capable of servicing air compressors, and who can provide the required documentation (CIPC/CSD, BBBEE, tax clearance) and references.

Requirements

• Company profile showing selling and servicing of air compressors.
• Active SA registration with CIPC; attach registration documents.
• Three client references/appointment letters for servicing/installation of air compressors.
• Completed, signed and witnessed SBD form 4.
• CSD registration and supplier report.
• Quotation conforming to Museum specifications.
• Tax compliant with SARS PIN.
• BBBEE certificate or signed BBBEE declaration.
• Bid validity of at least 90 days.
• Proof of claim for BBBEE/ownership criteria; non-submission may affect points.
