Description

Overview

Supply and delivery of network switches, wireless access points and enterprise servers for the Namibia University of Science and Technology; open to Namibian-owned bidders registered under NUST’s procurement framework and compliant with the Public Procurement Act, 2015 (as amended). The procurement comprises three lots: Lot 1 includes Cisco switches and Cisco wireless APs, Lot 2 includes Omada TP-Link switches and APs, and Lot 3 includes Tier 1 enterprise servers. Bids are submitted in sealed envelopes and electronic bidding is not permitted; bids are opened after the closing time.

Requirements

• Open national bid under Public Procurement Act provisions; registration under NUST procurement framework and compliance with the Act.
• Pay a non-refundable tender levy of N$300 per tender document at NUST cashier (documents available during office hours).
• Bids must be sealed, clearly marked, and delivered to the Bid Box at NUST, 13 Jackson Kaujeua Street, Windhoek West; registry book submission is required.
• Bids close on 20 November 2026 (time per document: 12h00 in Switches_Advert.pdf); bids opened publicly after closing.
• Clarifications to bidbox@nust.na by 13 November 2026.
• No electronic bidding; late bids rejected.

How to Apply

• Obtain bid documents from the NUST cashier (Main Campus, 13 Jackson Kaujeua Street) after paying N$300 per tender document (documents issued from 30 October 2026).
• Prepare and seal your submission, mark per the instruction to bidders, and deliver to the Bid Box on the Administration Building’s First Floor, Windhoek West; register in the foyer registry before submission.
• Submit before 20 November 2026 (closing time 12:00, Switches_Advert.pdf); bid opening occurs at the same venue immediately after closing.
