Overview

This tender is for the supply and installation of ICT network switches, access points and a cabling solution for the Limpopo Department of Social Development. It is an Open-Tender inviting ICT network infrastructure integrators with OEM partnerships; bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and meet B-BBEE and related compliance requirements. Requirements

• Evidence of OEM certification/authorization to supply cabling, switches and wireless APs (Annex A, item 5.1).

• Demonstrated experience: at least two customers in the past five years with supply/installation/config of switches, APs and cabling (Annex A, item 5.2).

• Compliance with technical mandatory requirements and completion of Annex B (Addendum 1) with substantiation (Annex A, item 5.3).

• Attendance at compulsory briefing/site visits (6–7 Aug 2026) and compliance with site-visit procedures.

• Tax and registration: CSD registration, SARS Tax Compliance, and related PINs; no bids from ineligible government employees/entities.

• Preferential procurement: submission of SBD 6.1 with required evidence; 80/20 price-preference split. (SBD 6.1)

• Delivery/warranty: delivery within 4 weeks post-award; minimum 5-year manufacturer warranty plus workmanship warranty; ongoing support per SCC. (RFB Spec. SCC)
