Overview

Procurement of a DICOM dry imaging printer with dry laser printing technology (digital X-ray printers) for Eastern Cape facilities for 36 months, including supply, delivery, commissioning and maintenance. Eligible bidders are manufacturers, distributors or service providers with capability to supply, install, commission, maintain and source spare parts, plus OEM authorization and clinical-engineering support.

Requirements

• Online bid submission via ETenders for SCMU3-2627-0103-HO; closing 2026-10-06 11:00; briefing 2026-09-16 14:00.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS or CSD registration where applicable.
• OEM authorization: signed letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer or distributor underwriting the vendor.
• Provide true manufacturer brochures and specifications; referenceable to manufacturer documents.
• Complete and sign all returnable forms (e.g., Summary Form of Offer, Declaration of Interests, JV forms if applicable, Preference Points Form).
• Functionality threshold: minimum 50/70 points; pricing inclusive of 15% VAT; prices firm for 12 months.
