Overview

Procurement of supply, packaging and delivery of Grade R Agility Soft Play Sets for a 3-year contract across four NW provinces. Suitable for suppliers of educational play equipment with capability to supply to public schools; bidders must meet tax and registration requirements and comply with the GCC and bid conditions.

Requirements

• Deliver one Agility Soft Play Set per identified primary school in all four districts (Dr Ruth Segomotsi Mompati, Ngaka Modiri Molema, Bojanala, Dr Kenneth Kaunda) over three financial years.
• Comply with GCC Annexure A, bid documents, and safety/specification requirements; items must be safe for ages 4–6; non-conforming items must be replaced at contractor’s cost.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS; if no TCS, provide CSD number; separate TCS for each consortium member as needed.
• Complete and submit official forms: SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form), and SBD 7 (Contract).
• Pricing: complete and submit the attached pricing schedule; VAT inclusive pricing.
• Delivery and invoicing: 100% delivery before payment; 10% retention paid after 3 months subject to performance; delivery notes and item checklists required.
• Inspections/audits: be ready for Department-led inspections and random audits; maintain records.

• Registration/pre-qualifications: Tax compliance as above; CSD number if no TCS; no bids from state employees (per SBD disclosures).
