REQUEST FOR TENDER FOR: SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF MULTI-JET DRY TYPE WATER METERS DN15-50mm R160 PN16 COMPLETE WITH POLYPROPYLENE (PP)/POLYAMIDE (PA) METER BOXES

Overview

Supply and delivery of multi-jet dry type water meters DN15-50mm R160 PN16 complete with polypropylene (PP)/polyamide (PA) meter boxes. Open national tender by Nyasare Water Supply and Sanitation Company Ltd; suitable for water-meter manufacturers or suppliers meeting Kenyan procurement rules, including tax compliance and relevant certification (KEBS calibration).

Requirements

• Duly filled Form of Tender with signatures and stamps.
• Certified copies of certificate of incorporation and CR12/CR2 (12 months).
• Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate and PIN/VAT.
• Tender Security of KES 80,000 valid 91 days.
• Certified copy of valid Single Business Permit.
• KEBS Calibration Certificate (within 3 months).
• Tenderers must sequentially serialize all pages of the tender document.

How to Apply

• Submit manually to the Tender Box at Nyasare Water Supply and Sanitation Company Limited, Migori.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security, Authorization (power of attorney), Manufacturer’s Authorization if required, JV documents if applicable, eligibility and conformity evidence.
• Obtain documents from www.nyasarewaters.co.ke or https://tenders.go.ke/; queries due by 7 days from document upload (see NYAWASSCO/K-WASH/TENDER/002/2026-2027).
• No pre-tender meeting. Tenders opened publicly at the Managing Director’s office after the deadline (1000 hrs).
