Overview

Supply & delivery of multi-jet dry type water meters DN15-50mm R160 PN16 complete with polypropylene (PP)/polyamide (PA) meter boxes. • Evaluation: Stage 1 mandatory pass/fail (documents and eligibility); Stage 2 technical – 80% minimum with sub-criteria (technical data, standards, warranty, capacity, delivery); Stage 3 financial – lowest evaluated per item.
• Delivery and terms: delivery to NYAWASSCO stores, offloading by supplier; payment 100% on delivery/acceptance (within 30 days); price must be fixed; 0.03% Public Procurement Capacity Building Levy included.
• Additional: bids must be serialized; prices in Kenyan Shillings; 91-day tender validity; compliance with PPAD 2015 general conditions.
