Overview

The RFT seeks the appointment of a service provider to perform septic tanks cleaning services at the SANPC Refinery for 36 months. (RFT SAPT/07/2026). Bidders with septic-tank cleaning and liquid-waste transport capabilities, a fleet of at least 10,000 L suction trucks, COIDA good standing, municipal SAP/STP permit, and valid SARS tax Compliance/CSD/BBBEE credentials are invited to bid. Requirements

• COIDA Certification (Letter of Good Standing).
• Scheduled Activity Permit (SAP/STP) from the eThekwini Municipality.
• Fleet ownership: minimum 10,000 L honey-sucker truck with company-registered documents or valid rental agreement.
• Driver: valid Code 10 licence.
• Tax/compliance: valid SARS Tax Compliance Status or Tax PIN/CSD where applicable; BBBEE affidavit/certificate; returnable documents including CSD summary.
• Returnable documents: SARS tax status, BBBEE, lease/metering proofs, CSD number.
• Technical criteria include an OHS Plan (30% weighting) and references demonstrating septic-tank clearing experience; minimum technical threshold is 70%.
