Overview

Procurement and supply of computer labels for all SITA data centres for five years. This is an open-tender for a five-year pay-per-use contract, with a non-compulsory briefing on 19 October 2026. Bid submissions close 30 October 2026 at 11:00 SA time and are to be made via the SITA Supplier Oracle ERP portal (www.suppliers.sita.co.za) (RFB 3292-2026 Bid Document.docx).

Requirements

• Proven experience supplying computer labels to at least two SA customers in the last 3 years (RFB Bid Spec).
• Capacity to supply 500,000–1,000,000 labels within four weeks during peak periods for the five-year term; back-to-back manufacturing agreement with a label producer (Annex A, Bid Spec/Stage 2).
• Compliance with ISO/IEC quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001) and POPIA; security screening may be required (SCC).
• Registration and pre-qualifications: valid SARS tax PIN, Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; B-BBEE evidence (verification certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Delivery/packaging: stock delivered neatly boxed and palletized; delivery notes and invoices aligned with contract; adherence to delivery timelines (4 weeks; negotiated targets for large orders).
