Overview

The Ingonyama Trust Board invites bids for biometric attendance management software services, including the annual license renewal for 26–50 users and a one-off system setup, for a 12-month term. Bidder should have a biometrics-based attendance solution (fingerprint, palm, and card), be Tax-compliant, and meet local ownership and B-BBEE criteria.

Requirements

• Tax and registration: Tax Compliance Status (PIN), SARS e-filing, and CSD number if no PIN; VAT status if applicable.
• Compliance documents: Completed pricing schedule; SBD forms (at least SBD1, SBD3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD7.1); B-BBEE proof or sworn affidavit.
• Technological: Biometric attendance system supporting fingerprint, palm and card; setup and initialization included; 26–50 user capacity; 12-month license plus annual renewal.
• Specific goals under 80/20 framework: 100% black ownership and location within Umgungundlovovu; proof via a CSD report (≤1 month) and proof of address.
• Additional admin: Supplier must sign contract forms and disclosures; no service-in-state conflicts; comply with GCC and any applicable special conditions.
