Overview

The National Museum Bloemfontein seeks the supply and installation of split aircon units at ArtBank offices and the National Museum (ArtBank x2; NM x2), including removal of existing units. Bidders with HVAC installation experience and South African registrations should apply.

Requirements

• Be SA-registered with premises in Mangaung; provide lease or municipal rates/taxes document.
• Minimum 3 years’ HVAC installation experience; supply 3 written reference letters on letterhead.
• Compulsory SARACCA registration.
• Department of Labour: Electrical Installation Regulation Registration 6(4).
• CVs and qualifications for expert(s) (e.g., Mechanical Engineer—ECSA; Trade Electrician; HVAC Trade Test—Merseta or SAQCC/SARACCA).
• Completed, signed SBD4 (bidder disclosure) forms.
• CSD registration with supplier report.
• Active CIPC registration; attach registration documents.
• CIDB Grade 1EP & 1EB or higher.
• BBBEE certificate or signed BBBEE declaration; SARS tax PIN (tax compliant).
• Non-compliance can disqualify; 90-day bid validity.
