• Technical/compliance: Electrical Certificate of Compliance (CoC) upon completion; expandable battery option advantageous; suitable rack-mounted or floor-standing cabinet; compliance with electrical and safety standards; installation of UPS, Biometric system, and raised floor as specified.
• Evaluation framework: 80/20 PPPFA (Price 80; Specific goals 20); specific goals include HDI, Woman, Disability, Youth, and within Ekurhuleni eligibility.
