Overview

Procurement of a Traditional Media Monitoring Platform (National and International) for 12 months. Statistics South Africa seeks qualified service providers with capabilities in traditional media monitoring, data aggregation and reporting to quote. The bid uses an 80/20 (or 90/10) preferential scoring and requires adherence to technical and functional specifications to avoid disqualification.

Requirements

• Submit SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms (SBD 6.1 defines the preference points system and specific goals) (see SBD 6.1 IN TERMS OF PPR2022.docx).
• Provide certified copies of IDs for directors and original/certified CIPC documents; provide tax clearance and CSD master registration details (MAAA) and PIN (see RFQ and SBDs).
• Meet the Technical and Functional specifications; non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
• Claim Specific Goals under the 80/20/90/10 framework with proof (e.g., race, gender, disability, youth) as outlined in SBD 6.1; include HDI equity documentation and related certificates or sworn affidavits (see SBD 6.1).
• Complete disclosure and declarations per SBD 4 to avoid bid defaulter disqualification.
