Overview

The University of Fort Hare invites bids for the provision of transportation services for the OR Tambo Lecture, including five 65-seat buses to transport 325 students from East London Campus to Alice Campus and return. Bidders with passenger-transport experience and a compliant fleet (valid tax clearance and CSD registration) should quote.

Requirements

• Compulsory registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Completion/submission of standard bidding documents (SBDs) as attached (e.g., SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 9).
• Compliance with SCM policies; pricing evaluated on 80/20 (price vs. preference) with 20 points for B-BBEE status.
• Bid submission via email and adherence to closing date and time.
