Overview

This RFQ seeks proposals for a 12-month landside transport services contract at King Shaka International Airport to provide reliable, safe, and customer-focused passenger shuttle/landside transport. Bid is open to transport service providers with airport shuttle experience, the ability to staff approximately 12 drivers, and fleet management for shuttles and golf carts. Key qualifications include SA driver licences, PrDP, NQF Level 4 or higher, CVs with experience, client references, and compliance requirements (tax, BBBEE, CSD).

Note: the award is non-exclusive per the attached Services Agreement KSIA Landside Drivers (Twelve.pdf).

Requirements

• Minimum Scope: provide 12 qualified drivers with NQF4+, valid SA driver licences, PrDP Category P; CVs with detailed passenger-shuttle experience; 12 drivers capable of operating 15 shuttles and golf carts; references from previous clients.
• Driver Experience: each driver must have ≥3 years verifiable professional driving experience with traceable employer references.
• References and Qualifications: evidence of at least four completed passenger-transport projects; letters on client letterhead with identifiable client and bidder.
• Mandatory compliance materials: tax and regulatory requirements (SARS Tax PIN/TCS, CSD number if no TCS, VAT info), BBBEE/EE documentation, Central Supplier Database record, confidentiality agreement, and ACSA terms and conditions (as applicable in the bid documents).
