Overview

The City of Johannesburg’s Johannesburg Tourism Company invites quotes for competency assessments for senior management positions on an as-and-when-required basis for a maximum of 12 months. Bidders should have proven capability in senior-management competency frameworks, assessment methods (e.g., interviews, 360-degree feedback, tests, role-plays, case studies, technical assessments), and be able to deliver under a Purchase Order with VAT-inclusive pricing. Delivery is to Sandton, per the RFQ.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to conduct competency assessments for Senior Management Level, using defined methods (interviews, 360-degree feedback, skills testing, role-playing, case studies, technical assessments).
• Quotation must cover all items in the Pricing Schedule and be firm in South African rand (VAT included).
• Pre-qualification and registrations: valid Tax Clearance, CSD registration, BBBEE certification/affidavit, and municipal accounts not in arrears (for company and directors).
• Compliance with procurement rules: no price adjustments except VAT; no upfront payments; deliveries/services only on official PO; adherence to MBDs (MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9) as part of the bid package.
• Contracting terms: as-and-when-needed scope, no guaranteed expenditure, and prior authorisation required for services (per the Terms of Reference).
